About the awards:

The Business Council for Africa, in collaboration with Brand Communications and African Business magazine, proudly presents the second edition of the BCA African Business Book of the Year award. This annual competition is dedicated to illuminating the compelling business narratives of Africa.

The BCA African Business Book of the Year brings together the foremost figures in African publishing and the business realm to recognise the stories that are reshaping the business landscape. We also honour the talented authors and publishers responsible for bringing these stories to the forefront.

The winners of this prestigious award were announced at the Awards ceremony, which took place in London on July 3rd, 2024 at Dartmouth House, 37 Charles Street, Mayfair. The grand prize included a trophy and a substantial reward of $10,000! Additionally, the second and third place recipients were awarded prizes of $5,000 and $2,500, respectively.
